 Whats Up with the Music Player?
the "Music Player" located in the top left corner of the store was designed to give a seamless musical experience while you browse SteedSpot (or anywhere else on the internet). Simply click the MUSIC Icon to open the pop-out player, press play then minimize the player's window returning to the store...when you want to stop or listen to something else on the site, just reopen the player's window in your browser and hit pause. It's that Easy!
How long will it take to receive my Order?
All Apparel and Print Art Orders from SteedSpot are Printed On Demand after the time of Order...That's Right, each Product is Made with Love specifically for You! This means we need a little time to produce your order and make sure its in tip-top shape before sending it out. The Majority of Orders ship within 3 Days and will typically arrive within 5-7 Days in the U.S. or 10-20 Days internationally. If You're Buying Music, Your Download will start instantly after Checkout as well as a link sent to your email. You'll be Rocking in minutes!

 I Just downloaded Music from the Store..Now What?

All of Our digital Download Albums come in a compressed zip folder featuring the songs and e-booklet. After initial Download, Move the file from your Downloads folder to the place where you keep music on your phone or P.C. and extract or uncompress the files there (apple devices come with a built in decompression program and extracting is as easy as double-clicking on the folder, Windows and Android users will have to use a program like Winrar, WinZip or 7zip to extract the files). see the links below if you need help.

 What is SteedSpots Refund and Return Policy?
SteedSpot currently DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS!!! Please make sure that you have picked the right Size and Color for the items in your Order!!!   However We Will Replace any Defective or Damaged Item (i.e. Tears, Misprints, Miss-Aligned Prints).  Just send us photos of the damage along with a copy of your receipt to info@steedspot.com and we'll  send a replacement out right away!!
